People working in systemic design

Audrey Stolze

Head of Entrepreneurship Research at the Strascheg Center for Entrepreneurship gGmbH, an affiliated institute of the HM Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences in Germany.

I am originally from Brazil and started my career as a market researcher working for one the largest media company in south of Brazil and worked in international business development in England and Germany.
After founding and selling two startups in Brazil, I decided to dedicate myself to entrepreneurship education and research, as I believe the transferable skills and competences of entrepreneurship are essential for life. On my quest to promote the field of entrepreneurship beyond the narrow perspective of business creation and startups, I proposed we need a new discipline that form “tinkers” with the abilities, resilience and systemic view necessary to tackle todays’ most wicked problems. On my search for new concepts and models, I came across Systemic Design and now am in the quest to combine its principles and methods with those of entrepreneurship education.
