  • I am the VP of Experience at Macadamian, a design and development consultancy based near Ottawa, Canada. After over twenty years in the field of User Experience Design, I have designed products for many different client types and target markets. In my current role I lead at experience design across the spectrum of Customer Experience, Employee Experience and User Experience. I worked as an architect in my former life, which relates to my interest in systems design and finding connections between things.
